Cattle Farms
How do cows produce methane?

Cows have four stomachs. In the first stomach chamber (called the rumen) exists microbes that create methane as a byproduct.
Since the 19th century, methane production has increased by about 150%! methane is a very powerful greenhouse gas so it is a major threat to our .planet

Allowing methane to grow on cow waste will reduce methane emissions on cattle farms
Other Benefits
Soluble methane monooxygenase produces methanol, which can be used as an alternative form of energy.
It could replace gasoline and diesel and using methanol to fuel cars and other vehicles. When converted to methyl tertiary butyl ether, it can actually improve air quality. Therefore, it can significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation department.
