The watch checks if a food is okay for an ADHD child in 3 ways:
-
Pre-packaged Foods: It has a scanner that checks the barcode and compares the food's sugar and protein content with the USDA database.
-
Manual Input: Parents can input what the child is eating, and the app will compare it to the parent's "do's and don'ts" list, including allergies or foods the child dislikes.
-
Unpackaged Foods: The watch has a camera to take pictures of unpackaged foods and checks if it's safe to eat.
-
The watch signals green for safe foods and red for foods that might make the child more hyperactive, based on research.
