Our Mission

We wish to combat leukemia worldwide by advancing the fight through innovative screening solutions like LeukoTrace, a groundbreaking tool that enables early detection of the BCR-ABL1 fusion protein. By driving progress toward precision medicine and personalized treatment strategies, we aim to reduce the global impact of leukemia and improve health outcomes for patients everywhere.

What is Leukemia?

  • Leukemia is used to describe different types of blood cancers. It is characterized by an uncontrolled production of white blood cells, affecting the bone marrow and lymphatic system. These are 4 common variations of leukemia:  

    • Acute myeloid leukemia (AML)

    • Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)

    • Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)

    • Chronic lymphoblastic leukemia (CLL)

  • Variations are categorized based on the type of blood cell

    • Lymphocytes and Granulocytes
