THE PROBLEM

Garbage Dumpster

Every person throws out trash every day. That trash accumulates in the oceans, landfills, on streets, in ditches - everywhere. In first-world countries, we have dumpsters and trash bins, places we can put our trash and garbage trucks will take it.

 

But, third-world countries often don't have the collection points or the garbage trucks because there is no place to put them and/or the roads cannot accommodate the trucks. Instead, those people turn to other methods. They don't want the garbage to pile up in their homes or communities, so they put the trash in rivers. Quick, easy, and the trash goes away.

Now, those rivers now are creating problems. Namely, the problem of depositing the trash into oceans. The trash then pollutes the environment and kills marine life. 

​

The problem is the lack of available options to dispose of trash. The solution is the

CTRL-ER.
