A neonicotinoid-degrading bacterium that contains a cpm gene. CRISPR Cpf1 is used to extract cpm gene and DNA cloning is used to insert gene in bacterium.

A silico model of our theoretical plasmid using Benchling. We have modeled the cpm gene and the anti-resistance marker and this creation is possible with CRISPR Cpf1.
