The Degrade-a-Pad allows menstruators to dispose of used menstrual pads simply and conveniently. By flushing the lever, a trickle of toilet water containing the enzymatic solution begins to flow, working to degrade the pad within the span of several hours. The remaining microscopic pad particles can then be safely flushed into the sewer system, resulting in zero waste.
