1. Increase in use of fossil fuel and coal since there will be no negative impacts on the carbon dioxide emission thereby depleting out natural resources.

2. Use of power to make chlorophyll cells which might contribute to carbon dioxide emissions.

3. Decrease in trees and natural photosynthesis if widespread artificial photosynthesis is used.
